How to Apply:

  1. Fill out our vendor application form below.

  2. Provide details about your products and include photos of your work. Digital submissions should be high-resolution images (300 dpi) in JPEG or PNG format. Please resize to 1920 pixels along the longest side. Please be aware that these images may be utilized by Serendipity Studio to build the online exhibit as well as promote the exhibit in marketing, so please submit your best images.

  3. Submit your application before the event. Space is limited, so don’t wait.

  4. Do NOT just simply include a link to your website/Instagram/Facebook, etc.

  5. Show runs from 10am - 4pm. Vendors are welcome to stay later if they desire. Set-up is from 8-10am on the day of the event. We can’t allow Friday set-up as there is no security.

  6. Spaces will be assigned to the vendor on the day of the event. We do not guarantee that you will be located in the same location from event to event, so please do not assume that you know your space.

By submitting the form below, you agree to the terms of the event. You further agree to comply with the staff of Serendipity Studio as well as any representative from the other businesses located in Shriver Square.

The costs to participate is $10 per space. The space is 8’ long by 30” (which is intended to be a 6’ table and a chair next to the table). Some spaces may allow for deeper displays, but that is not guaranteed. Participants are expected to bring any tables, chairs, or display materials as needed. The Studio will not provide any. You may not hang anything from the building’s walls, so please keep that in mind. You are not required to have your own insurance, however, you agree that Serendipity Studio and Cresten Properties is not liable for any damages to your persons or product. You also agree to keep your product, displays, and representative in your assigned space.

You will be emailed an invoice to pay for your space. Payment reserves your space. Payment is required in advance, not day of the event. There will be no refunds.
