View from Mars - Kelli's Dream

The girl in the painting is my great niece, Kelli.

Ever since she was little, Kelli has dreamed about becoming an ASTROPHYSICIST someday, when she grows up. Kelli raises her own $$ to go to Space Camp in Alabama every summer, where she and her " science geek" pals get to be astronauts for a week. It's all over most of the rest of our heads, but, needless to say, we all are very proud of this kid.

Kelli will very likely be one of those early Martian colonists we read about, so I gave her a pair of green antennae. LOL
