Photo Walk - Falls Park, Sioux Falls, SD
The namesake of Sioux Falls features a triple cascading waterfall in the heart of the city. Just north of downtown and within walking distance is Falls Park, Sioux Falls’ number one attraction. Feel the power of it at one of viewing platforms near the falls or take in a sweeping view of it all from the top of the observation tower. Sometimes, we need to look at things through a different “lens.”
In this workshop we will explore how to:
Use composition to capture better photos
Explore different styles of shooting landscape and nature photography
Choose optimal camera settings
Practice seeing with new eyes
No experience needed!! This is a beginning class or a great way to refresh your skill.
No matter what your level of experience is, amateur to professional, there's something for everyone and we always have a good time. All digital cameras are good for the workshop. And your cell phone works too!
You will also learn about some of Sioux Falls interesting facts and history, and for those that need it, gain valuable assistance with composition and basic camera functions, helping you to achieve your best photos.

What you need to know:
Date: Sunday, August 4 from 10am - 12pm (or maybe a little longer)
Instructor: Jason Pfitzer
Attire: Dress to walk around outside
Materials: You provide your own camera. Make sure that you have a charged battery and ample memory space on your camera. If you are shooting film, please make sure that you have enough to enjoy the event.
Age requirement: None (under 14 must be accompanied by an adult)

Cost:
$35 per person, per class.
Cancellations:
In the event that you need to cancel your reservation, we request that you notify us (serendipitystudiosd@gmail.com) 24 hours before your scheduled class time. Refunds will be applied in the form of a Serendipity Studio Gallery & Gifts gift card. We will have the event rain or shine, unless there is extreme weather.
Kids:
Kids are welcome to participate in this fun class. Additional fees apply for each child participating.
After submitting the form, you will be billed separately from the studio.
