Are we there yet?

During the summer months, I worked in Keystone helping tourists satisfy their ice cream needs. I was constantly asked about the Black Hills and all it’s beauty. I learned a lot about the area that I was born and raised in during that time.

The signs littered throughout the National Forest are as much an icon as some of the locations that they are near. This sign is located down the hill from Sylvan Lake.

I applied a Photoshop filter to make the image appear like a oil painting.
