Wall Drug is a truly American institution. Started as an actual drug store, they offered free ice water to thirsty travelers in an effort to get them to stop and hopefully make a purchase.

Since then, the iconic Wall Drug signs have been placed all over the world. They vary in size and shape, but they are all easily recognized. They are hand painted and most have a signature green back.

I am attempting to photograph a variety of these signs and preserve their natural patina and messages.
